Installation requires pulling the debris cap tab on the female base, inserting the male plug into the female receiver, and releasing the spring-loaded slide to lock; removal is accomplished by pressing the slide release while pulling the male disconnect downward. The female base mount is not included in this kit per the package label diagram — this kit supplies the male quick disconnect and the associated mounting bracket hardware for securing the female receiver to a vehicle roll cage, ROPS bar, or equipment frame.
