• This DetectaPro Detecta-Light Metal Detectable Highlighter has a body made of XDETECT®, a polypropylene-based compound, that allows metal detection systems to identify it, is x-ray visible, FDA-approved, and incorporates anti-microbial technologies to help reduce contamination and increase hygiene. The marker body is shatter proof and will not splinter into small segments to help reduce further harm or cleanup. The metal-detectable cap fits snugly on base to help reduce misplacement. If the cap is misplaced, the marketer will still highlight for days. In addition, the ink is non-toxic, xylene-free, and low odor to further help increase safety. Suitable for use where quality control efforts are required to help reduce foreign object contamination or allergen transfer in areas such as food processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
