The cutter carries KEO's D90-66 designation indicating 90° double-angle geometry with 28 staggered (alternating helical) teeth, producing smooth chip clearance and reduced chatter on both sides of a V-groove or chamfer simultaneously. Staggered-tooth geometry alternates left and right helix cutting edges, lowering cutting forces and improving surface finish compared to straight-tooth designs. Designed for arbor-mount horizontal milling machines, this cutter is suited for milling V-grooves, serrations, and dovetail-adjacent chamfer forms in steel, cast iron, aluminum, and similar materials.
