When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped the next business day. 5 days a week not including holidays.

We stock all of our products locally and ship directly from our centrally located warehouse in St. Louis, MO.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

What is your return / warranty policy?

Item(s) should be in the exact condition as it was received, maintaining all product packaging materials including user manuals, accessories, etc..

The buyer will NOT be responsible for any return shipping costs in the event that item(s) purchased does not match website description, was damaged during shipping, or misrepresented in any way.

For any other reason than the reasons stated above, we require that the buyer pay all return shipping costs.

How do you price your tools?

We acquire all of our products by the truckload. This means you can always expect to find the tools you need at closeout prices. Always.

At Dan’s Discount Tools our guarantee is to beat any price on the internet. So if you find a lower price from an online retailer on an identical, in-stock product, tell us and we’ll match it.

If an item is sold out, when will it be restocked?

Because we acquire all of our products by the truckload, this means that remaining stock quantity may be limited. We encourage all of our shoppers to take advantage of our reduced pricing structure while supplies last.
