This is a new 1-inch Class 150 threaded (screwed) raised face pipe flange manufactured from dual-certified ASTM A182 F304/304L stainless steel, as stamped directly on the flange OD. Conforming to ASME B16.5, this flange features a raised face sealing surface and 4 bolt holes on the standard 150# bolt circle pattern, accepting 1/2-inch diameter bolts at a 3-1/8-inch bolt circle diameter per ASME B16.5 tabulation for 1-inch 150# service. The threaded bore accepts 1-inch NPT male pipe end for easy field installation without welding, making it well suited for chemical processing, water treatment, food and beverage, and general industrial piping systems where corrosion resistance is required. The back face shows a protective rubber/plastic shipping plug installed in the threaded bore, confirming the flange is new and uninstalled.
