This listing is for two new rolls of 3M 1181 copper foil conductive electrical tape from 3M's Electrical Markets Division, as confirmed by the label visible in the photos. The 1181 series consists of a soft annealed copper foil backing with a thermally conductive acrylic adhesive that is electrically conductive through the thickness, providing a total thickness of 2.6 mil (0.066 mm) and a voltage rating of 600 V.
