The 3M Perfect-It Wool Compounding Pad (PN 33287) is a 6-inch (15.2 cm) double-sided, 100% natural wool buffing pad engineered for aggressive cutting and compounding on automotive paint and gel coat surfaces. The double-sided design effectively doubles pad life by allowing the user to flip to a fresh wool face when one side becomes loaded, and the natural wool fiber construction delivers fast, aggressive material removal for cutting through heavy oxidation, deep scratches, and sanding marks. This pad is designed for use exclusively with the 3M Quick Connect Adaptor and operates optimally at 1200–2000 RPM on a rotary polisher. It is not recommended for random orbital or dual-action polishers. New, factory-sealed in original 3M packaging.
