3M 82460 Stikit 5 in P500 255L PSA 4 Abrasive Gold Film Disc Rolls

The 3M Stikit Gold Film Disc Roll 255L (P/N 82460) is a new, factory-sealed roll of 125 pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sanding discs, 127 mm (5 in) in diameter, graded P500 (super fine) on a polyester film backing with aluminum oxide abrasive mineral in a film-weighted construction. The 255L designation denotes 3M's durable polyester film backing — stiffer and more tear-resistant than paper — which provides consistent flatness across the disc face and is especially suited to orbital and DA (dual-action) sanders in automotive refinishing, composite finishing, and precision metal prep. The Stikit PSA attachment system eliminates the need for a hook-and-loop interface pad; discs peel from the roll and adhere directly to a foam or rubber backup pad with a compatible PSA-receptive face, enabling fast disc changes and repeatable positioning. P500 grit delivers fine finishing cuts suited to final sealer scuffing, between-coat sanding on clearcoat, and fine surface prep prior to primer application. The roll contains approximately 125 discs and is compatible with 3M Stikit disc pad holders and equivalent PSA backup pads.
