3M 82460 Stikit Gold Film Disc Roll 5in P500 125-Disc PSA Sanding Roll

The 3M Stikit Gold Film Disc Roll 255L (P/N 82460) is a new, factory-sealed roll of 125 PSA-backed, 5 in (127 mm) diameter sanding discs in P500 grit, designed for use with 3M Stikit disc pads and compatible random orbital or orbital sanders. The 255L designation refers to the gold polyester film backing, which resists tearing, loading, and heat buildup better than paper-backed alternatives, making it well-suited for finish sanding of automotive body filler, primer, and painted surfaces. The pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing allows quick disc changes on Stikit-compatible backup pads; max operating speed is 10,000 RPM / 12,000 OPM as stated on the label. This roll format dispenses individual discs sequentially from the roll core, reducing waste and improving throughput in production refinishing or bodywork environments.
