3M Adflo 35-1099-01 Blower Unit with Cover PAPR

The 3M Adflo 35-1099-01 is a new, genuine OEM Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) blower unit with cover, designed as a core component of the 3M Adflo Turbo Series PAPR system used with Speedglas welding helmets and other compatible headtops. The blower unit houses the motorized turbine that draws ambient air through attached filters and cartridges, delivering a continuous flow of filtered air to the headtop via a breathing tube; the integrated battery indicator LED and multi-pin connector port are visible on the unit face, and the blue ON/OFF toggle switch is mounted on top. Per NIOSH approval documentation included with the unit (visible in photos, referencing TC-21C and TC-23C approvals), the Adflo system is approved for use against specific particulates, organic vapors, acid gases, hydrogen fluoride, and ammonia depending on the cartridge/filter combination installed. The cover (REF 35-1099-01, UPC 70-0717-6579-9, 7100264363) attaches to the blower body and is sold as an assembly; compatible replacement filters, cartridges, and batteries are available separately within the 3M Adflo accessory ecosystem including the 3M 35-1150-21 Li-Ion battery and 3M Adflo 35-1093-20 particle filter.
