3M Adflo 35-1499-01 Battery & Charger PAPR Turbo Assembly

The 3M Adflo 35-1499-01 (secondary ref 70-0717-6583-1, UPC 7100262870) is a new, complete Turbo Assembly Without Belt and Breathing Tube for the 3M Adflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) system, designed to serve as a replacement core blower unit compatible with 3M Speedglas welding helmets equipped with the Adflo interface. The turbo unit houses the motor-driven blower and particle pre-separator, features an LED airflow indicator panel and a battery charge level indicator visible on the top face, and accepts particle filters, gas/vapor cartridges, and the spark arrestor as modular add-ons via the front filter bay with mesh-protected intake ports. Included in this new kit — as confirmed by the box label and photos — is the Adflo Turbo blower unit, a lithium-ion battery pack rated 11.01V DC / 5.5 Ah / 60.55 Wh (assembled in Germany, UL Listed), a 3M Speedglas PAPR Battery Smart Charger (MPN 35-0099-08, ref 70-0717-2432-4), a 3M Adflo spark arrestor/pre-filter assembly, and a 3M Speedglas carry/storage bag, making it a complete drop-in replacement for the Adflo turbo drive train without requiring the belt or breathing tube.
