3M DBI-SALA 2104710 3.5–14in Flange Fixed D-Ring Sliding Beam Anchor

The 3M DBI-SALA 2104710 is a new sliding beam anchor designed for temporary, repositionable tie-off on structural steel I-beams and H-beams with flange widths from 3-1/2 in to 14 in. The anchor features a pair of blue anodized aluminum cam-lock beam clamps that grip the top and bottom beam flanges simultaneously, connected by an adjustable aluminum cross-bar with a serrated rack for positive positioning of the center D-ring attachment assembly; the fixed forged D-ring and swivel connector at center allow connection of a lanyard, self-retracting lifeline, or rope grab. Rated at a minimum breaking strength (MBS) of 5,000 lbs (22 kN), the anchor is certified for use by 1 person maximum and complies with ANSI Z359.18 Type A, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.140, making it suitable for construction, steel erection, maintenance, and general industry fall protection applications. The unit ships with its original 3M instruction sheet and inspection tag (Lot 26080320, manufactured August 2026 service expiration date visible on tag), and is offered here in new, unused condition in original 3M DBI-SALA packaging.
