The 5th Axis V562X is a precision CNC vise jaw clamping unit manufactured in the USA, designed for modular workholding on five-axis machines and horizontal machining centers. The unit features a 2-inch (50 mm) clamping width with a maximum torque rating of 55 ft-lbs (75 N·m), providing repeatable, accurate positioning for small to medium workpieces in high-production environments. The jaw assembly integrates with 5th Axis quick-change tooling systems and accepts standard tombstone or pallet-mounted fixturing, accommodating a #13 wrench drive (included) for rapid jaw rotation and setup changes. Two hardened steel locating pins ensure repeatable positioning tolerance, and the aluminum mounting face features standard CAT or ISO mounting surfaces with multiple threaded holes for custom adapters.
