This new ABZ Valve lug-style butterfly valve is manufactured to API 609 (Category A) standards with a ductile iron or cast iron body finished in blue epoxy coating for corrosion protection. The 4-inch pipe size valve features a 316 stainless steel disc (stamped "316-04" and "IZF16" on the disc face as visible in photos) and an EPDM resilient seat/liner, rated for 250 PSI Cold Working Pressure (CWP) — confirmed from the side nameplate label visible in the photos. The lug-style body incorporates six tapped bolt-hole lugs on each face, allowing dead-end service installation between ANSI Class 150 flanges without requiring a downstream flange for line isolation. The ISO 5211 top-flange actuator mount (bare stem, no handle) accepts standard quarter-turn actuators or handles; the valve is designed for water, wastewater, HVAC, and general industrial service where bi-directional shutoff is required.
