The Accu-Trak BOT2X-16-K is a new, right-hand, up-to-shoulder bump knurling toolholder in the Series OT configuration, designed for square-shank lathe toolposts. The shank measures 1 in. wide × 1 in. high × 3 in. long, seating securely in standard 1 in. square toolpost holders. The tool head pivots on a floating rocker mechanism that allows both knurl wheels to self-align to the workpiece diameter automatically, eliminating the need for precise pre-sizing. Two diamond-pattern knurl wheels are included (1 in. diameter × 5/16 in. face width, 5/16 in. hole diameter), and the kit ships with two hex wrenches and a plastic storage case as seen in the photos. The "BOT2X" designation indicates a 2-knurl, bump-style (single-pass) head; the "-16" denotes the 1 in. (16/16) shank size; and the "-K" suffix confirms the diamond knurl pattern. This tool is suited for bump knurling steel, aluminum, brass, and similar machinable metals on manual or CNC lathes where shoulder clearance is required.
