This Accupro 61536546 is a new 4-flute solid carbide ball nose end mill with a 1/32 in cutting diameter and a 1/8 in length of cut. It has a 3/32 in shank, a 2-1/2 in overall length, and a 0.25 in reduced neck, which gives the reach needed for small 3D contours and detail work in deep pockets. The AlTiN+ coating improves heat and wear resistance when milling hardened steels and other ferrous materials. The ball nose profile makes it suited to profiling, contouring, and die and mold finishing on CNC milling machines.
