Accupro 62778782 .118in 4FL AlTiN Coated Carbide Square End Mill

This is a new Accupro 62778782 solid carbide square end mill with a 0.118 in (3 mm) cutting diameter on a 1/8 in shank, 0.354 in length of cut, and 1-1/2 in overall length. The tool features 4 flutes with a square (flat) end profile and is coated with AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride), which provides elevated hot hardness and oxidation resistance up to approximately 1470°F, making it well suited for dry or semi-dry machining of steels, stainless steels, and hardened materials. The designation '4FL SC SEM AlTiN' on the label confirms 4-flute, solid carbide, square end mill construction with AlTiN coating; the 1/8 in straight shank is compatible with standard collet chucks, ER collets, and end mill holders in that bore size.
