Accupro 82976358 3/32 x 1/4 x 3/32 x 4 3DEG 2FL AlTiN Tapered Ball End Mill

This is a new Accupro 82976358 solid carbide tapered ball nose end mill with a 3/32 in (0.09375 in) ball diameter, 1/4 in shank diameter, 3/32 in neck diameter, 4 in overall length, and a 3-degree taper per side. The tool features 2 flutes with a ball nose (BN) end geometry and a D&M (deep and micro) taper profile, coated with AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride) for elevated heat resistance and extended tool life in hardened steels and high-temperature alloys. AlTiN coating provides a hardness of approximately 3,000 HV and oxidation resistance up to 1,600°F, making this end mill well-suited for die/mold work, deep-cavity profiling, and 3D contouring on CNC machining centers. The 1/4 in straight shank is compatible with standard ER collet chucks and precision milling chucks. Made in the USA.
