Accupro CCMT060202WSF+ ACM25P 80° Diamond Carbide Turning Insert (10 pcs)

The Accupro CCMT060202WSF+ ACM25P is a new, indexable carbide turning insert in the ISO CCMT 06 02 02 designation — an 80° diamond (rhombic) shape with a 7° clearance angle, medium-tolerance class (M), with a through-hole and chipbreaker on both faces. The insert measures 6.35 mm (1/4 in) IC, 2.38 mm thick, with a 0.2 mm nose radius, and carries the WSF+ chipbreaker geometry optimized for light-to-medium finishing cuts on steel and stainless steel. The ACM25P grade is a CVD-coated cemented carbide (the dark blue-black PVD/CVD appearance visible in the photo confirms the coating) in the P25 application range, targeting ISO P-class steels — suitable for continuous to lightly interrupted cutting at medium cutting speeds. Compatible toolholders use CCMT 06 02 style pockets (e.g., SCLCR/SCLCL, SCKCR/SCKCL style holders with CC__ pocket designation); each package contains 10 inserts as shown on the label, made in Luxembourg.
