The Accutek 87921320B is a new ER32 Type Z dynamically balanced collet clamping nut, measuring 40mm outer diameter by 12.4mm height, machined from alloy steel with a natural bright finish. The Type Z designation denotes a slotted (spanner-wrench) style nut with symmetrically distributed slots that enable the balanced design — the nut is manufactured to balance grade G2.5 at 25,000 RPM, making it suitable for high-speed spindle applications on CNC machining centers, milling machines, and high-frequency spindles where vibration-induced runout must be minimized. The internal thread is the standard ER32 M39×1.5 metric thread, compatible with all ISO/DIN 6499-compliant ER32 toolholders, and the nut is rated to a tightening torque of 136 Nm (100 ft·lbs) as clearly engraved on the face — applying this torque delivers maximum collet clamping force without overstressing the thread. The slotted OD accepts a standard ER32 spanner wrench or hook wrench for installation and removal.
