AirLoc 1.31407.65 Wedgmount 9-27/32x7-7/8x3-5/32in Neoprene Vibration Isolator

The AirLoc Wedgmount 1.31407.65 is a new precision machine leveling and vibration isolation pad featuring a neoprene elastomer element bonded to a cast iron housing with a smooth top bearing surface, designed to simultaneously level and isolate industrial machinery from structure-borne vibration. The wedge-cam mechanism inside the housing allows leveling adjustment via the hex-head adjusting screw visible on the side, without requiring the machine to be lifted — torquing the adjuster raises or lowers the top plate through an internal wedge action. The unit measures 9-27/32 in long x 7-7/8 in wide x 3-5/32 in tall and is supplied complete with mounting hardware (threaded stud/anchor bolt assembly) and AirLoc multilingual mounting instructions as visible in the photos. Wedgmount isolators are used under CNC machining centers, presses, compressors, pumps, and other production equipment where precise leveling and vibration attenuation are required; they eliminate the need for grouted foundations and allow future repositioning of the machine.
