Allied Machine 24000S-075L D Series T-A 3/4in Lathe Shank Drill Holder

The Allied Machine & Engineering 24000S-075L is a new D Series T-A® straight-flute, standard-length drill holder designed for lathe applications with a 3/4 in. straight shank. The T-A (Throw-Away) system is Allied's modular, indexable spade drill platform in which carbide or cermet cutting inserts are mechanically clamped into the holder body, eliminating the need to regrind and allowing rapid insert changes without removing the holder from the machine. The straight-flute design of the 24000S series is optimized for through-coolant delivery and is suited for drilling operations in lathes where the holder is held stationary and the workpiece rotates. This holder accepts standard D Series T-A insert blades sized to its capacity range and is manufactured in the USA. Included in this lot is one 24000S-075L holder in its original Allied packaging plus a separate pack of four Torx clamping screws (Allied P/N 72556-IP8-4, reorder as 72556-IP8-1) with anti-seize compound, made in Switzerland.
