This is a new, factory-sealed 2-pack of Allied Machine & Engineering 4C21A-.8810 GEN2 T-A indexable spade drill inserts, 0.8810 in (22.38 mm) diameter, manufactured in the USA. The substrate is C2 (K20) uncoated carbide — a fine-grain, wear-resistant grade suited for cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and abrasive materials — finished with a TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride) PVD coating that provides excellent oxidation resistance and extended tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions. The #1 size designation identifies insert geometry compatible with Allied Machine's GEN2 T-A spade drill holder system; the dual mounting holes and serrated top surface are characteristic of the T-A platform's positive-lock seating. These inserts are designed for through-coolant drilling on CNC machining centers and are suitable for steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum applications when paired with the appropriate T-A holder.
