The Aloris BXA-4D is a new, USA-made quick-change boring bar holder designed for the BXA (Series 200) quick-change tool post system, compatible with lathes in the 12–15 in. swing range. The holder features a 1 in. split bore with a knurled clamping screw and hex locknut that applies uniform 360° clamping pressure on round-shank boring bars, preventing rotation under cut. Two socket-head cap screws on the top face secure the holder body to the BXA dovetail post, and the slotted split-clamp design allows tool height adjustment within the system's standard range. Manufactured from hardened steel with a black oxide finish, the BXA-4D accepts 1 in. round-shank boring bars and is interchangeable with all Aloris BXA-series quick-change tool posts and compatible holders.
