The Armstrong Design Envelope 4300 Series (Model DE 4600 0611-020.0, S/N 1022208106) is a new, bronze-fitted single-stage end-suction centrifugal inline pumping unit rated for 840 USgpm at 50 ft of head with a 9.5 in impeller diameter, designed for HVAC hydronic heating and cooling distribution in commercial and institutional buildings. The integrated 15 kW (approx. 20 HP), 3-phase, 60 Hz motor operates at 1,800 RPM on up to 460 V with a duty line current of 25 A and a duty frequency of 53.66 Hz, with an on-board variable frequency drive (VFD) for sensorless demand-based control per Armstrong's Design Envelope efficiency platform. Rated for a maximum working pressure of 175 PSI and maximum fluid temperature of 200°F, the unit is ETL Listed to UL STD 778 and certified to CSA STD C22.2 No. 108, and carries OSHPD seismic certification OSP-0422-10 (Intertek file 3174332); construction is Bronze Fitted (BF), and PEI/ER is rated at 0.47/53, confirming compliance with DOE pump efficiency regulations.
