Model number SG-1210 decodes as: SG = Suction Guide, 12 = 12-inch nominal pipe size, 10 = 10-inch pump suction connection (reducer configuration); the 125# designation denotes ANSI Class 125 flanged end connections on both the pipe-side and pump-side flanges. Per the nameplate confirmed in photos, this unit is rated 175 PSI maximum working pressure and 300°F maximum fluid temperature, making it suitable for hot water heating, chilled water, and HVAC hydronic systems.
