ARO PD03P-APS-PAA 3/8in NPT Polypropylene PTFE Diaphragm Pump

The ARO PD03P-APS-PAA is a new 3/8 in NPT air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump from Ingersoll Rand's ARO brand, featuring a polypropylene fluid section and PTFE diaphragms rated for chemically aggressive media. The pump operates on compressed air up to 100 psi inlet pressure, delivers a maximum outlet pressure of 100 psi, and achieves a maximum flow rate of approximately 13.2 gpm at 100 psi air supply per the PX03P series operator's manual visible in the photos. Displacement per cycle is 0.018 gallons (ball check) and the pump accepts solids up to 1/16 in (1.6 mm) diameter through ball-check valve internals; polypropylene construction makes it suited for acids, bases, and solvents compatible with PP and PTFE wetted materials. The air section is constructed of acetal with a non-metallic center section; the pump ships with the original ARO factory final-test tag (serial SFA2056159, tested at 65–90 psi, clock number 300) confirming factory pressure and leak verification prior to shipment. Typical applications include chemical transfer, paint and coatings, and laboratory fluid handling where metallic contamination is unacceptable.
