Ashcroft 1259 0-60 PSI 316L SS Process Gauge with Diaphragm Seal

This is a new Ashcroft Model 1259 process pressure gauge with an integrated diaphragm seal assembly, reading 0–60 PSI, with a 316L stainless steel Bourdon tube and 316L stainless steel socket, welded construction throughout. The gauge features a black phenolic case typical of the 1259 series, a white dial face with 5 PSI major graduations, and a lower (bottom) process connection routed through the diaphragm seal body. The diaphragm seal body is marked with a flushing connection port (red plug visible on rear), and the process connection end cap is stamped 'HAST C-276' (Hastelloy C-276), indicating the wetted diaphragm or process-side fitting is manufactured from Hastelloy C-276 for compatibility with highly corrosive media. A caution label on the rear states this diaphragm seal assembly is provided with a flushing connection and warns against applying pressure without plugging the flushing port. This gauge-and-seal assembly is suited for corrosive process fluids, slurries, or viscous media in chemical processing, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical applications where direct gauge contact with the process fluid must be avoided.
