Bacharach 0024-0492 CO 500PPM Air Balance 103L Calibration Gas Cylinder

The Bacharach 0024-0492 is a new, factory-sealed calibration gas cylinder containing Carbon Monoxide (CO) at 500 PPM (vol) with an Air balance, manufactured and certified by Portagas (by Praxair) under ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation with NIST-traceable gravimetric blending. The minor component (CO) is certified to ±2% accuracy using an electrochemical sensor analytical method (Method D), with the mixture verified by a certified third-party at a 95% confidence level (coverage factor k=2). The cylinder is a 100GAL (103 L / 3.6 cu ft) portable steel vessel pressurized to 1000 PSIG (6890 kPa) at 70°F (21°C), classified UN 1956, Division 2.2 (non-flammable compressed gas), and features the Portagas Strip & Ship outer protective wrap. This gas is designed for bump testing and span calibration of CO gas detection instruments, including Bacharach combustion analyzers and compatible gas detectors that accept a standard demand-flow regulator or calibration adapter. The accompanying Certificate of Analysis (Lot 979546, issued 21-Apr-2015) documents nominal concentration, uncertainty, and analytical method for regulatory compliance and instrument calibration records.
