This is a new, factory-packaged box of 12 Besly T216TF taper length drill bits in 17/64 in diameter, manufactured by Besly Cutting Tools of South Beloit, Illinois. The T216TF series features Besly's proprietary Turbo Flute geometry — a high-helix, parabolic-style flute profile engineered for rapid chip evacuation in deep-hole drilling applications. Construction is high-speed steel (HSS) with a black oxide finish, which provides mild corrosion resistance and reduces friction at the cutting edge. The taper length body (longer than jobber length, shorter than extra-long) gives added reach for production drilling through thicker stock while maintaining rigidity. These drills are suited for ferrous and non-ferrous metals in drill press, CNC, and manual machining operations; the round shank with flat fits standard drill chucks.
