Bradley S19-690HRGR 120V AC 10 Gal Portable Eyewash Heating Retrofit Kit

The Bradley S19-690HRGR is a new, factory-packaged heating retrofit kit designed to add temperature-controlled tepid water capability to Bradley's 10-gallon portable gravity-fed eyewash stations, maintaining ANSI Z358.1 tepid water requirements in cold environments. The kit includes an electric heating unit operating on 120V AC with an inline thermostat controller (the black box visible with Bradley branding), a yellow nylon insulating jacket that wraps the tank body, and a separate 10-gallon yellow nylon heater jacket (Bradley P/N 269-1969) supplied sealed in original packaging. The heating jacket system is engineered to keep the eyewash fluid within the ANSI-mandated 60–100°F (16–38°C) tepid range in ambient temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C), and the retrofit design allows installation onto existing compatible Bradley portable eyewash units without replacement of the entire station.
