The Brady Y4300988 is an all-purpose cable lockout device with an 8 ft (2 m) high-strength nylon-coated cable and a red molded body with a squeeze-lever clamp. The cable loops through valves, switches, breakers, and machine controls, then tightens to isolate energy sources during lockout/tagout procedures. The body has four padlock holes so several authorized employees can each apply their own padlock. This unit is new in its original sealed bag with the instruction sheet, and it was made in the USA.
