This listing is for a new box of 4 BTA Heller BT1020040 HC Push carbide inserts in uncoated C2 grade, manufactured in the USA by BTA Heller Incorporated. The insert is triangular (T-shape) with a central through-hole for screw-lock or push-style clamping, featuring a .070 in corner radius and a flat top face with no chipbreaker geometry. C2 grade is a general-purpose straight tungsten carbide grade suited for cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials at moderate cutting speeds. These inserts are designed for use in BTA Heller indexable milling and facing toolholders that accept the HC Push-style seating configuration; the uncoated ground carbide substrate allows for re-sharpening if required. All 4 inserts are new and unused, supplied in the original BTA Heller blue plastic case.
