Bussmann 2621-R 100A 250/600V to 200A Clips Class R Fuse Reducer

The Cooper Bussmann (Buss) 2621-R is a new Class R fuse reducer that allows a 100A Class R fuse (rated at 250V or 600V) to be installed in a 200A fuse clip holder, bridging the size mismatch between a smaller fuse and a larger-rated fuseholder. The reducer consists of two heavy copper-alloy stamped pieces — one ferrule-style contact with a square window opening and one slotted blade contact — which clamp onto the 200A clips via a screw-retained hinge mechanism and accept the Class R fuse end-caps at the fuse interface. Sold as a set of two pieces (one reducer per fuse end), quantity 1 per box as labeled. Compatible with standard 200A Class R fuseholders; the rejection feature geometry specific to Class R (RK1/RK5) fuses is preserved by the reducer, maintaining proper polarity and preventing substitution of non-Class-R fuses. Assembled in Mexico by Cooper Bussmann (now Eaton).
