The C&C Industries Series C200 is a 6-inch (DN150) wafer-pattern butterfly valve rated at 200 PSI CWP, designed for installation between ANSI 125/150 flanges without the need for flange studs passing through the body. The body is cast from ASTM A536 ductile iron with a blue epoxy coating, the disc is investment-cast ASTM A351-CF8M (316 stainless steel equivalent), the stem is 416 stainless steel, and the seat/liner is NBR (Buna-N) rubber, making the valve well-suited for water, mild chemicals, and HVAC service. A 10-position ratcheting lever handle with a locking pawl provides quarter-turn on/off operation; the disc casting is clearly marked "CF8M" and the body neck is cast "DN150 / 6," confirming all label data. This new valve carries CE marking and is compatible with ISO 5211 direct-mount actuator pads should lever replacement be needed.
