The Caplugs TF00562 is a new, die-cut PTFE (Teflon) disc plug designed to mask or protect countersink holes during finishing operations such as powder coating, anodizing, plating, or painting. Designated for CSP-M4 and M8 countersink hole sizes with a 9/16 in disc diameter, these plugs are supplied in a continuous roll of 2000 discs, allowing fast peel-and-apply dispensing in high-volume production environments. PTFE construction provides excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and a non-stick surface that releases cleanly after processing without leaving adhesive residue in precision countersink recesses.
