The Carol 01776.35.01 is a new 250-foot reel of 2 AWG K Weld welding cable in black, rated for 600V service and jacketed with Carol's proprietary Carolprene compound — an EPDM-based thermoset rubber offering a -50°C to +105°C operating temperature range and superior resistance to ozone, oil, abrasion, and flame. The conductor uses ultra-flexible stranding (Class K per ASTM B172) composed of bare copper, providing the extreme pliability required for welding leads, electrode holders, and grounding applications where the cable must flex repeatedly without fatigue. RoHS compliant per EU Directive 2011/65, this cable is Non-UL listed (as standard for welding cable per NEC Article 630) and is suitable for use as electrode, ground return, or secondary leads on arc welding equipment. The 250 ft wooden reel format allows direct payoff for field cutting or resale by the foot.
