The Cleco CLBA653 is a new, factory-assembled CellClutch cordless right angle nutrunner manufactured at Cleco Production Tools, 670 Industrial Dr., Lexington, SC 29072, with manufacturing date 3/3/25 and serial number KBJ1584 as visible on the box label. It features a 3/8 in square drive output, a no-load speed of 115 RPM, and a torque range of 11.7–47.9 ft-lb (approximately 15.9–65 Nm), making it suited for precision assembly operations in automotive, aerospace, and general manufacturing environments where repeatable torque shutoff and right-angle access are required. The CellClutch mechanism provides automatic shutoff at the preset torque value to protect fasteners and assemblies from overload.
