This is a new, complete motor-driven piston metering pump assembly consisting of three integrated components mounted on a common steel baseplate: a Cleveland Gear Company ICHS Type worm-gear speed reducer (Size 21, Configuration D, 100:1 ratio, Mfg. No. 0108), a Marathon Electric 3-phase AC motor (Model 5K33JNA943B, Cat. No. K253, 1/3 HP, 208-230/460V, 1725 RPM, Frame 56C, SF 1.30, Class B insulation, TEFC-style), and a reciprocating piston pump head with a stainless steel cylinder housing. The Cleveland ICHS-21-D-100 worm reducer steps the motor's 1725 RPM input down by a 100:1 ratio to approximately 17 RPM at the pump drive shaft, providing the low-speed reciprocating motion required for accurate liquid metering; the pump label references flow rates at 30 and 60 RPM output, with piston sizes ranging from 1/4" to 2" and stroke settings 1–6 yielding approximately 0.17 to 60 GPH per head at 60 RPM depending on piston size and stroke adjustment. The stainless pump head features threaded high-pressure inlet and outlet fittings visible in the photos, and the drive end of the reducer accepts a standard C-face 56C motor mount. Weekly greasing of the pump head and drive bearings is specified per the label affixed to the pump cylinder.
