The Coherent Model 900Z is a continuous-wave argon-ion laser photocoagulation system manufactured by Coherent Medical Division (Palo Alto, CA), serial number 91433, manufactured April 1982, and compliant with DHHS Radiation Performance Standards 21 CFR Subchapter J.
