This Craig Tool 42R-5 is a carbide-tipped port contour reamer for finishing SAE straight-thread O-ring ports sized for 5/16 in tube with a 1/2-20 thread. It cuts the port contour in a single pass, producing the spot face, chamfer and O-ring sealing seat for hydraulic port fittings. The straight round shank is laser-marked 42R-5 CRAIG and chucks in a standard collet or drill chuck. It is used on hydraulic manifolds, valve bodies and fluid-power blocks. This item is new.
