The Dayton 12A072 is a new bronze straight (end-suction, center-discharge) centrifugal pump directly coupled to a Dayton LTDH23TCE 5 HP, 3-phase, TEFC high-efficiency motor rated 208–230/460V AC, 3450 RPM, NEMA 184JM frame, with a 1.25 service factor and Class F insulation. The bronze pump volute and impeller construction provides corrosion resistance suitable for water, mild chemical solutions, cooling tower circulation, and marine or industrial fluid transfer applications. Motor nameplate confirms 60 Hz, 2-pole design, 87.5% NEMA nominal efficiency, TEFC (IP-54 equivalent) enclosure rated for 40°C ambient, with bearings 6307ZZ (drive end) and 6206ZZ (opposite drive end). The pump is rated for up to 100 ft maximum head and is wired at 230V 3-phase from the factory (per caution label); voltage reconnection to 460V is achievable via the terminal board. The unit ships new and unused with all original labels intact.
