Dayton 12N809 15HP 230/460V 3PH Self-Priming Centrifugal Trash Pump

This is a new Dayton model 12N809 self-priming centrifugal trash/sewage pump with an integrated Dayton high-efficiency motor, rated at 15 HP (11 kW), designed for continuous-duty industrial pumping of liquids containing solids up to 1.3 inches in diameter. The pump volute and casing are cast iron construction, and the unit ships with port caps installed on the flanged inlet and outlet to protect the internals. The motor (Dayton model LTEK23TDE, NEMA frame 215JM) is a 3-phase, 2-pole, 60 Hz TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled) unit running at 3500 RPM with a service factor of 1.25, wound for dual voltage operation at 230V (34.6A) or 460V (17.3A), with Class F insulation and a nominal efficiency of 90.2%; bearings are 6209 ZZ (drive end) and 6208 ZZ (opposite drive end). Rated for a maximum head of 120 ft, this pump is suited for dewatering, construction site drainage, sewage bypass, and industrial wastewater transfer where self-priming capability eliminates the need for foot valves or external priming equipment.
