The De-Sta-Co 807-S is a new pneumatic hold-down toggle clamp designed for automated workholding in fixture and jig applications, actuating via a double-acting pneumatic cylinder with 1/8 NPT air ports and a maximum operating pressure of 145 PSI. The clamp features a 103° bar opening arc and 1.38 in. height under bar, providing a consistent and repeatable clamping stroke suited for production-line fixturing in welding, assembly, and machining operations. The body consists of an anodized aluminum cylinder paired with a zinc-plated steel linkage and mounting foot, visible in photos as a silver-body cylinder with galvanized bracket hardware. The 807-S is part of De-Sta-Co's 800-series pneumatic hold-down family, which uses a toggle-over-center locking mechanism to maintain clamping force even in the event of air pressure loss. This unit ships directly from De-Sta-Co factory packaging dated 11/18/2023 and is confirmed new/unused.
