Destaco 807-U 145 PSI 350 lb Pneumatic Hold-Down Toggle Clamp

The Destaco 807-U is a new, pneumatic hold-down toggle clamp featuring a 1-1/8 in bore double-acting cylinder that delivers 350 lb of clamping force at 80 PSI, with a maximum operating pressure of 145 PSI (10 Bar). The clamp arm opens to 103° and provides 1.38 in of clearance height under the bar, making it well suited for workholding fixtures in welding, assembly, and fabrication operations where positive, repeatable clamping is required. Air connections are via two 1/8 NPT ports located at the base of the aluminum cylinder body; the unit ships with the Destaco ACC18 accessory kit (visible in photos) and mounts via a steel bracket with multiple hole patterns. The steel toggle linkage and zinc-plated mounting bracket are standard Destaco 800-series construction, compatible with Destaco sensor kits and standard U-bar accessories.
