Devcon 11460 Wear Guard High Impact is a two-component, ceramic-reinforced epoxy compound formulated to rebuild and protect surfaces subject to severe sliding abrasion and impact wear. It cures to a hard, trowelable coating that bonds to metal, concrete, and other substrates, providing resistance to impact, erosion, and abrasive media such as slurries, aggregate, and particulate flow. This 30 lb pail (net weight per label) is new—other condition; the Use By date printed on the label reads 07/2026, confirming the product remains within its manufacturer-stated shelf life. Typical applications include repairing pump casings, chutes, hoppers, impellers, cyclones, and other high-wear industrial equipment where conventional weld repair is impractical. Devcon's Wear Guard High Impact is manufactured by ITW Performance Polymers (Danvers, MA) and thinning after mixing is expressly not recommended per the product label.
