The Dijet ENMU100412ZER-PH is a new, indexable carbide milling insert in grade JC8118, a PVD-coated cemented carbide grade developed by Dijet Industrial Co., Ltd. (Japan) for high-performance face and shoulder milling. Decoding the ISO-style designation: EN = rectangular/oblong (elongated) insert shape; MU = positive rake, screw-on mounting; 10 = 10 mm inscribed circle / length; 04 = 4 mm thickness; 12 = 1.2 mm nose radius; ZER = right-hand cutting edge geometry with chip-former; PH = Dijet's positive helical chipbreaker geometry optimized for light-to-medium milling of steel and stainless steel. JC8118 is a PVD TiAlN-based coated grade suited for milling of carbon steels, alloy steels, and stainless steels at moderate-to-high cutting speeds with excellent wear resistance and toughness.
