The Dijet ENMU100412ZER-PH is a new, factory-sealed box of 10 indexable carbide milling inserts in grade JC8118, designed for high-feed and helical milling operations. Decoded from the ISO-style designation: ENMU = square insert with 0° clearance, negative geometry, M-tolerance, with a central mounting hole and chip groove on both faces; 10 = 10mm inscribed circle; 04 = 4mm thickness; 12 = 1.2mm nose radius; ZER = zero-edge geometry with reinforced cutting edge; PH = Dijet's positive-helix chipbreaker geometry optimized for high-feed milling. Grade JC8118 is a PVD-coated cemented carbide grade engineered for high-speed milling of steel and stainless steel, offering a balance of wear resistance and toughness suited to interrupted and semi-finishing cuts. These inserts are compatible with Dijet high-feed milling cutters and bodies designed for the ENMU10 insert pocket, and are manufactured in Japan per Dijet Industrial Co., Ltd. standards (catalog ref. 11431-Z8833).
