The Dijet MEC-2075-M10 is a new, indexable replaceable end mill head from Dijet's MEC (Milling Exchange Cutter) series, designed for modular tooling systems using an M10 threaded shank interface. The '20' in the part number designates a 20mm cutting diameter, and '75' indicates a 75° lead angle (15° axial rake), making this head suited for face and shoulder milling operations on steel, cast iron, and stainless steel. The head accepts indexable carbide inserts secured by a torx-type clamp screw, visible in the photos, and the body is manufactured from alloy tool steel with a dark oxide/phosphate surface treatment on the shank for corrosion resistance. The M10 threaded connection is compatible with Dijet MEC-series arbors and extension holders designed for the M10 interface. The additional unit shown in the photos without the dark finish appears to be an uncoated or differently treated variant, confirmed by the +A suffix on the packaging label (lot/variant designator).
