Dillon KW10 1-3/4" OAW 2" OAH 4-3/4" OAL Steel Soft Lathe Chuck Jaws PK3

This is a new, USA-made set of three (3) Dillon KW10 soft top jaws for 10-inch lathe chucks with a 1.5×60° serration mount pattern, as confirmed by the MSC packing slip label reading "SOFT LATHE CHUCK JAW – 10" 1.5X60D" and the MSC part number 03170586. Each jaw measures 1-3/4" overall width (OAW), 2" overall height (OAH), and 4-3/4" overall length (OAL), with mount holes spaced 1.181" center-to-center; the serrated base features a 1.5mm pitch, 60° included-angle tooth profile that indexes to matching master jaws on standard 10" 3-jaw chucks using this serration standard. Constructed from steel with the gripping face left unfinished (soft/machinable) from the factory, these jaws are bored, turned, or milled by the end user to create custom gripping profiles — OD or ID — for specific workholding applications, eliminating the need for custom master jaw sets. Dillon Manufacturing (800-428-1133) produces these jaws to close dimensional tolerances in the USA, and they are sold here as a complete matched set of three in original factory packaging.
